Who is my Professional Private Tutor?
We match you with the professional private tutor who is best suited to your needs when you enrol in your learning program.
All our tutors are elite teachers, top ATAR achievers, past examiners, or subject matter experts with a proven track record of helping students like you succeed. And they must pass a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and our rigorous selection criteria before we’ll assign them to any student.
Will I have the same tutor for each session in my learning program?
Our tutors typically work with the same student for at least six to eight weeks, and often much longer. If your tutor’s no longer available – or you’d like to work with someone else – we’ll match you with another tutor who’s right for you.
And because everything you’ve worked on can be recorded in our learning platform, your new tutor will know exactly what you’ve covered, and what you need to do next.
What happens if I need to help from my tutor urgently or before my next scheduled session?

We are available Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm for phone support. Sat-Sun 9am to 6pm.
