How do I pay for my learning program?

We accept PayPal or Stripe, and this incl. VISA or Mastercard debit or credit card payments.

 

Procedures for refund request

For Pay As You Go plans, you’re charged 7 days in advance of your next scheduled session. For Pre-Paid Bundle plans, you’re charged the full plan amount two days before your first session.

You can also pause, reschedule or skip sessions free of charge at any time by notifying us at least 48 hours’ before your next session. Any sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full charge as outlined on our Service Fees page.

Whom do I contact if I have questions about payments?

You have the following options:

We are available Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 6pm.

 

Are there any additional costs?

No. You only pay for each learning session.

If you decide to reschedule or skip a session, you may incur the full charge of your session as outlined on our Service Fees page.

 

Do you offer free trials?

We don’t offer free trials, but we offer a Starter Pack.
