Please note the following guidelines regarding rescheduled sessions:
- Rescheduled sessions must take place before your next booked session. We want to ensure that you can complete the sessions you have paid for, so if your regular tutor is not available for your makeup session, we recommend booking in with an alternative tutor matched to you or your child's needs.
- If you move or change a session with less than 24 hours notice, no further changes can be made to that session. If you then choose to skip the session, please note that the session cost is non-refundable.
- You can move to another scheduled and running group, subject to availability, and must occur before the following week’s session.
