Aligning Tutors When Requesting or Adding Tutor Lim as Reference
To ensure a seamless procedure, we aim to specify the terms and conditions associated with requesting or adding Tutor Lim as a reference.
1. Reference Eligibility:
Tutor Lim agrees to be a reference for tutor under specified conditions.
2. Active Status:
Tutor Lim will be a reference if actively engaged in tutoring at the time of the request.
3. Tutoring Hours Requirement:
Tutor must have completed a minimum of 20 tutoring hours in the last 6 months and/or maintain 3 hours per week for at least 4 consecutive weeks before the reference request.
4. Notice of Reference Request and Consent to Verification:
Tutor must provide reasonable notice for reference requests, and allows prospective employers to verify tutoring details.
5. Information Accuracy and Confidentiality:
Tutor is responsible for providing accurate information to prospective employers and agrees to keep reference process information confidential.
6. Termination and Modification of Agreement:
Tutor Lim can decline a reference request if eligibility criteria are not met or if inaccurate information is provided. Terms may be updated with mutual consent, communicated between the Applicant and Tutor Lim.
