• The Priority fee guarantees completion in under 3 days (online) / 5 days (in-person) or the fee will be refunded.
• The Expedited fee guarantees completion under 2 days (online or in-person) or the fee will be refunded.
• The Lightspeed fee guarantees completion under 1 working day (online or in-person) or the fee will be refunded.
  
  This service extends beyond regular tutoring to include Assignment and Exam Prep support, as well as Proofreading, for high school, diploma, bachelor's, master's, and PhD studies. Custom quotes are provided for complex tasks, and payment can be made via invoicing or direct transfer.

How It Works:

Submit your request - when you have an urgent deadline and need a tutor quickly, simply inform one of our learning advisors through established communication channels such as SMS, calls, or emails. If you haven't been in touch with us yet, you can contact us here.

Our Learning advisor will explain how our Priority Placement service works, and upon term agreement, they will guide you on how to place an order for our Priority Placement service.

How to Place An Order:

During the request submission process, you'll have the option to choose Priority Placement. This indicates your desire to expedite the tutor selection process. Alternatively, the learning advisor can inform you about the custom fee for the Priority Placement Service, which can be paid via invoice or direct transfer. 

 

Which One is Suitable for Me?

At Tutor Lim, we offer both in-person

and online tutoring services, depending on the complexity of the year level and your location. Our aim is to ensure the right fit of tutor/teacher for the student. Couple things to note:  
• It's important to note that we encourage flexible learning, where meeting up at the library or online is preferred if home visits are not possible, unless agreed upon previously with our frontdoor/sales team.
• Please ensure the accuracy of the "shipping address" as a reference note for the Tutor Lim team, especially for students/parents requesting in-person or home visit tutoring.
• By default, our tutoring delivery is set to Standard (with no additional cost), while "Priority," "Expedited," and "Lightspeed" will incur extra costs as indicated in the table above.

• Submission on your behalf: We do not submit assignments or homework on your behalf. Our role is to assist and facilitate your learning, but you are responsible for submitting your work to your educational institution.

• Academic misconduct: We strongly discourage any form of academic misconduct, such as plagiarism or cheating. We will not engage in or support any unethical practices. Our assistance is intended to enhance your understanding and skills.
