To request a new lesson with your tutor, follow one of the following steps:
- Support from our tutors: All Tutor Lim tutors are trained to reach out to you via established communication channels, such as email, SMS, or phone call, to guide you through the scheduling process. Please expect their contact and assistance.
- Contact your tutor directly: Reach out to your tutor using the established communication channels; and clearly explain your request, including the desired date, time, and duration for the session. Feel free to discuss any preferences or specific learning materials you'd like to incorporate.

Contact Tutor Lim service team: If needed, you can also contact our service team to request a lesson with your tutor. We are here to help facilitate communication and resolve any scheduling issues or timing mismatches that may arise.
Once the lesson is booked, you will receive an email notification, and a Google Calendar event will be shared with you.
How can you check your booked lessons? Simply log in to tutorlim.teachworks.com to access and review the details of your scheduled lessons.
