Guidelines
Before we begin, it's essential to note that if you are enrolled in Tutor Lim under Prepaid Bundle or Group Learning packages (i.e., Hourly, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Black), there is a subject request fee. The guidelines for this fee are as follows:
- If you are currently enrolled under a prepaid package and your package is smaller than Gold (Bronze or Silver), a 1-hour administration fee is required for new subject request, subject change or student change.
- If your package is Gold or larger, the administration fee will be waived, and you can have up to One subject/student change for free.

Please be aware that your hours are non-refundable and non-transferable as per our company policy.
